Lee is best known as one-fifth of Brit Award winning band Steps, the UK’s most successful mixed sex pop group of all time, with 14 top five singles, 3 number one albums, over 20 million record sales and 7 sold-out national arena tours under their belts.

2017 marked the band's 20th anniversary, and to celebrate they released their first album in 6 years, the Gold certified #2 album 'Tears On The Dancefloor' featuring lead single 'Scared Of The Dark' which hit #1 on iTunes. The year ended on a high as they embarked on their 22 date sold out ‘Party On The Dancefloor Tour’ across arenas in the UK & Ireland selling over 300,000 tickets - making it one of the biggest pop tours of the year.

Steps have been on to play an additional 17 stadium and outdoor shows as part of their ‘Summer Of Steps’ tour in 2018.

Now with another two studio Albums ‘What the Future Holds’ (2020) and ‘What the Future Holds Part 2’ in 2021 both reaching No2 in the national charts Steps smashed out another sell out Arena tour in 2021.
